5 Days Virtual Training about Substance Use Disorder
Mother Trust Outreach and Drop-In Centre (ODIC) collaborate with Bharatha Matha De-addiction Centre (IRCA) planning to Conduct 5 Days Virtual (Online) Training about Substance Use Disorder among youths.

Online Training has been started from 9th November to 13th November 2020. Time Schedule for 5days (3pm to 4.30pm). In these online training conducting through Google Meet
on 1st Day, 9th November 2020, Introduction and Classification of Drugs. In this session take over by Mr V. Arun Praveen (Centre Incharge cum Counsellor of ODIC) (Introduction) and Mr V. Gopal Pillai (Chairman of Mother Trust) (Classification of Drugs).
on 2nd Day 10th November 2020, Drugs Concepts and Disease Concept. In this session take over by Ms S. Vensin Mary and Ms T. Anusuya (Outreach Worker of ODIC) (Drugs Concept) and Mr A. Sivanandham (Project of Director of Bharathamatha IRCA) (Disease Concept).
on 3rd Day 11th November 2020, Legal Issues of Drugs and Counselling Skills in Deaddiction field. In this session take over by Mr C. Maran (Superintended of Police - East, Puducherry) (Legal Issues of Drugs) and Mr M. Pannerselvam (Senior Counsellor IRCA) (Counselling Skills in Deaddiction field).
on 4th Day 12th November 2020, Psychiatric Issues of Drug Users and the Importance of Follow up. In this session take over by Dr M. Partheeban (Asst. Prof. in Psychiatry Dept. of Aarupadai Veedu Medical College and Hospital, Puducherry (Psychiatric Issues of Drug Users) and Ms.E. Poongodhi (Counsellor IRCA) (Importance of Follow up).
on 5th Day 13th November 2020, Role of Counselor in De-addiction field and Briefing about ODIC Scheme. In this session take over by Ms S. Antony Leena Mary (Outreach Worker of ODIC) (Role of Counselor in De-addiction field) and Mr V. Arun Praveen (Centre Incharge cum Counsellor of ODIC) (Briefing about ODIC Scheme).
In each and every day last session Feedback Session.
E-certificate will be issued for all participants.
