ODIC staffs conducted awareness Program at AG Padmavathi College among students.
In this awareness program was handled by ODIC Staffs. Welcome Address was given by one of the Nursing Student from AG Padmavathi College and Introduction speech was given by Ms. T. Anusuya (Outreach Worker of ODIC) and also she spoke about the Mother Trust Schemes and Services.
continued by Mr. A. Sivanandam (Project Director of IRCA) was explained about Ill Effects of Alcoholism and three phases of Addiciton to the Nursing College Students. continued by Mr. V. Arun Praveen (Centre In-charge of ODIC) has explained about the Inhalants Drugs, Cannabis, Sedative Drugs (Causes, Prevention and Treatment) to the Nursing College Students, continued by Mr. K. Pragaspathy (Outreach Worker of ODIC) explained about the ODIC Schemes and Services.
Totally 34 College Students were participated and benefited in this Awareness Program. Pamphlet and IEC material were distributed to the Nursing College Students. Few Participants has raised a questions about the Inhalants Drugs and related to the Drugs and its was clarified by ODIC Staffs. Finally Vote of Thanks was given by one of the Nursing Students.
