Mother Trust - ODIC Puducherry

AWARENESS MEETING  ON 01-08-2022.

The awareness meeting conducted  

at Veerampattinam village - Anganwady center-.I on 01-8-2022 Forenoon.  Center Teacher  Mrs.  Dhanasekari was given welcome speech and sharing about activities of  Bharatha Matha Center and ODIC. There are 20 women group members were actively participated. Then ODIC in charge cum counsellor covered speech on Ill Effects of Alcoholism and ODIC on going activities. He was explained about Addiction of Alcoholism and drugs, Addiction is a Disease, Addicts person is what are the problem facing an individual, Family and Community. Treatment availability, Prevention  & Protection aspect, Identification of  early cases and Counselling aspect. Then our ORW`s was sharing about ODIC on going activities  and also distributing pamphlets the participants. We received Feed back from the group and it was satisfied. At the end of  our meeting one of the participants was conveyed thanks to all  with that our meeting was concluded.
