AWARENESS MEETING AT NONANKUPPAM AW-I --REPORT
This awareness programme was conducted at Nonankuppam village Anganwady centre-I campus on 26-05-2022. It was organised by Anganwady teacher and her helper. There are 23 women`s are participated from the local community. First of all the Anganwady Teacher Mrs. Malarvizhi was welcomed all participants and conveyed thanks to them. Then Mr. Sivanandham, Project Director of Bhartha Matha Centre was sharing about ill effects of Alcoholism and Drug Abuse. Due to Alcoholism what are the Physical and Mental problem araises and its affect severely Individual, Family and the community. Then Mr. Kuppusami, Project Co-Ordinator of ODIC was explained about ODIC on going activities, Treatment, admission in the home, Referral Services, Counselling facilities and follow up.Then our ORW`s was distributed hand bills to the beneficiaries. we received feed back also. At the end one of the participant was told Thanks to all the participants. With that meeting was ended with Thanks.
